He was a hard-working individual and very helpful collegue. His works has alway benefited and added to the progress of the company. It is rare to find collegue like him.

Personal letter about Complain Letter (via E-Mail)



Dear Maam,

I'm
writing to complain about the facilities of our  campus. I found few things that so disturb us to study. I'll mention some of them.

The projector in our
class is broken. Actually not really broken, but the colour is so bad. We can't see it clearly. It's so disturb our eyes.
There are classes
that next to the toilet that have bad smell. So bad smell. That disturb us to study, sometimes it make us feel dizzy and don't have spirit to study.
Not every
classes have a fan, especially when the day time in the classroom is very hot, all the smells mixed up including the smell of sweat.

I can't
describe one by one. that's all I can describing. I really hope that the Rector can fix up all facilities that broken in our campus. Don't make us disappointed of our "go-international" campus.

Dear Mr. Tang,

I am resigning from my position at XYZ Company, effective on May, 17th 2018.
One year ago, you took a chance on me, and I took the chance on the company. I appreciate that both sides took a risk on each other. While it’s tempting just to walk away. I feel oblogated to explain my decisions in hopes that it sparks positives chance for the colleagues that I’m leaving behind.
I’m resigning because the company is improper accounting to bolster it’s financial performance. In my initial memo to you dated July 2nd 2017, i outlinedd each accounting trick that is hiding losses the company is sustaining. In a subsequent meeting on July, 7th 2017 and attended by you and the manager supervisor, we discuss of each of the accounting issues in detail and decided to refer the matter to the company’s vice president.  On July, 18th 2018 a follow up meeting was held and attended by the same group, the vice precident sold the matter had been investigated and concluded tha no changes wold be made because we are an “Aggressive Company.” This is an outcome that I cannot accept.

The Company’s business is built in trust. When it’s customers and employees find out about the true financial performance of the company will have to cease operations. This letter of resignation is my last effort to implore the company to corrects it’s practices.
